PAGAN MURINNE MURANO
Founded in 1982 in Murano, the heart of Venice, Pagan Murrine Murano is a handcrafted workshop dedicated to preserving and renewing the tradition of murrine glassmaking. Master artisans Carlo and Frida Pagan meticulously create entirely handmade Murano glass objects, including bowls, decorative plates, paperweights, costume jewelry, and gift items.
Each piece is crafted through a process that involves design, melting, hot shaping, and finishing, with production times starting from four days. The murrina technique, dating back to ancient Rome, is still used to create unique objects by combining colorful segments of glass canes fused together to form creations of great artistic value.
