The initiative aims to support individuals and organizations during the transitional phases brought about by digital and green transformations. It focuses on developing the skills needed to foster the introduction of innovative solutions in business products, processes, and services, starting from active involvement in defining training paths. Special attention is given to the fashion sector, helping it navigate the crisis and remain competitive in the global market.<\/p>\n
The specific objectives are to:
\u2022 Encourage the implementation of innovative projects capable of generating a positive impact on the local area and the regional economic system, with a focus on the fashion sector;
\u2022 Support digital and green transitions in businesses, especially in the fashion industry, by enhancing workers\u2019 skills to boost competitiveness;
\u2022 Provide workers with adequate skills by aligning their qualifications with the tasks they perform.<\/p>\n
Employed workers, business owners, business collaborators, self-employed professionals, and freelancers.<\/p>\n
Projects must involve multiple companies and focus on training company personnel to improve business products and\/or processes through the implementation of technological innovations (including significant changes in techniques, equipment, or software).
To ensure the achievement of the above objectives, projects may include\u00a0<\/span>ERDF-eligible expenses<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>(see the specific paragraph \u201cEligible ERDF Expenses\u201d). If such expenses are included, they must account for\u00a0<\/span>between 30% and 50%<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>of the public funding requested at the time of the application for financial support.<\/p>\n
Projects (both single and multi-company) aimed at developing workers\u2019 skills in relation to digital and green transitions, through staff training designed to support technological and organizational transformations within businesses.
Projects that include a\u00a0<\/span>balanced mix of training and support activities<\/strong>\u2014aligned with the timely needs expressed by companies\u2014will be especially valued.<\/p>\n
Projects (single and multi-company) aimed at developing the skills of workers in the\u00a0<\/span>fashion sector<\/strong>, focusing on green and digital transitions. These initiatives aim to foster technological and organizational transformations within companies (e.g., sustainable production technologies, ecological innovation, digitization, e-commerce and digital marketing, big data and artificial intelligence, fashion tech, innovative materials, production processes, supply chain and traceability, etc.), helping them manage the crisis and remain competitive in the global market.
Multi-company projects that include a\u00a0<\/span>balanced mix of training and support activities<\/strong>\u2014addressing companies\u2019 real and immediate needs\u2014will be given\u00a0<\/span>priority consideration<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
