The Veneto Research, Development and Innovation Fund \u2013 Innovation Section for medium and small companies<\/strong>, is an initiative under the 2021\u20132027 ERDF Regional Programme (PR FESR) of the Veneto Region. Its purpose is to support research, development, technology transfer, and innovation activities carried out by SMEs. The main objective is to promote the creation of new products, processes, or services, or significantly improve existing ones, with particular focus on the application of advanced and digital technologies.<\/p>\n TARGET BENEFICIARIES<\/strong><\/p>\n Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), including those operating in association (cooperatives, consortia, network contracts, temporary business groupings \u2013 ATI), as well as self-employed professionals.<\/p>\n ELIGIBLE INTERVENTIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n The Fund is structured into two mutually exclusive lines:<\/p>\n TYPE OF CONTRIBUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n The support is provided in a blended form covering up to 100% of eligible expenses, as follows: Eligible expenditure for LINE A<\/strong>: Eligible expenditure for LINE B<\/strong>:\n
Eligible costs include technical personnel involved, use of instrumental goods and equipment, use of real estate (rental or leasing fees), purchase of knowledge and patents, technical and scientific consultancy, and operating costs (flat-rate of 7%).<\/li>\n
Eligible costs include qualified personnel made available by Research Organizations or Large Enterprises, technical and scientific consultancy (e.g. temporary managers, research institutions, suppliers registered on the Innoveneto portal), patenting and protection of intangible assets (registration, protection, and verification costs).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
a) Non-repayable grant (up to 40%)
b) Soft loan (at least 60%), which includes:
\u2013 70% interest-free loan (Fund Share)
\u2013 30% subsidized-rate loan (Bank\/Guarantee Institution Share)<\/p>\n
Min \u20ac100,000 \u2013 Max \u20ac250,000 \u2013 Maximum duration: 24 months.<\/p>\n
Min \u20ac50,000 \u2013 Max \u20ac150,000 \u2013 Maximum duration: 18 months.<\/p>\n
