Initiative Objective<\/strong> Line 1: Ready-to-Launch Projects and Skills Development<\/strong> Line 2: Training for Strategic, Organizational, and Technological Innovation<\/strong> Target Audience<\/strong> Excluded Sectors<\/strong> To ensure maximum impact and focus, each company may participate in only one project, regardless of the line selected or the submission window.<\/p>\n
This initiative offers free training and consulting services to companies, while also supporting business development through non-repayable grants. Funding is aimed at both enhancing corporate skills and acquiring new equipment. Project proposals may be submitted under two specific lines, described below:<\/p>\n
Line 1 projects focus on the immediate development of workers\u2019 skills. These short-term interventions are designed to provide specific competencies, supporting professional growth within companies.<\/p>\n
Line 2 is centered on providing employees with advanced training paths that foster strategic, organizational, and technological innovation in businesses. Complementary activities may include:<\/p>\n\n
The initiative is open to workers from companies operating in any sector (except those explicitly excluded) within the Veneto Region, who hold employment contracts compliant with current regulations. Eligible participants include:<\/p>\n\n
