A group of Hungarian students from Corvinus University of Budapest recently visited the headquarters of T2i \u2013 Technology Transfer and Innovation, located in the Censer area. The group included around twenty undergraduate students, recent graduates, and PhD candidates from the Economics and Management program of the Rajk L\u00e1szl\u00f3 College for Advanced Studies, a center of excellence within the university.<\/p>\n
The visit was organized in collaboration with Informest, an agency for international economic development and cooperation based in Friuli Venezia Giulia. The event focused on gaining insights into the local production system and exploring the dynamics of collaboration between businesses, institutions, and the academic world.<\/p>\n
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to learn more about the Euteknos network. The initiative aimed to provide an overview of entrepreneurial and manufacturing excellence in Northeast Italy, with a particular emphasis on innovation applied to traditional sectors. The meeting also covered various projects developed within the framework of Smart Specialisation Strategies (S3), which involved universities from the Veneto region and companies from various sectors, ranging from artisanal glassmaking to furniture manufacturing.<\/p>\n

Terenzio Zanini, President of Euteknos, expressed his satisfaction with the event, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in \u201cfostering fruitful relationships with European universities to build a bridge between production, research, and innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n
The students were accompanied by Professor Attila Chik\u00e1n, founder and president of the Rajk L\u00e1szl\u00f3 College, former Minister of Economic Affairs of Hungary, and former rector of Corvinus University. Following the meeting, the group visited MyWood, a company that is part of the Euteknos network, as a concrete example of a business that combines craftsmanship, design, and innovation. They explored how the network has supported MyWood for years through services tailored to its needs.<\/p>\n
