They want to feel part of something. Some offer predefined options (colors, materials, sizes); others create true collaborative workshops where the customer participates in the concept phase.<\/p>\n<p>An effective process can follow a few key steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initial consultation to gather needs, context, and objectives<\/li>\n<li>Tailor-made project proposal, with documented alternatives<\/li>\n<li>Physical or digital prototype, even in a simplified form (draft, rendering, mockup)<\/li>\n<li>Feedback and optimization<\/li>\n<li>Approval and production<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What\u2019s essential is that the customer feels heard, respected, and valued.
