Skills for More Accessible, Sustainable, and Digital Tourism
GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The initiative, promoted by the Veneto Region – Economic Policy, Human Capital and EU Programming Area, Directorate for Education and Training, within the framework of the PR Veneto ESF+ 2021–2027, aims to develop and strengthen the skills of entrepreneurs, workers, and managerial figures operating in the tourism sector.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES
- Support the acquisition of skills aligned with the digital and green transition, sustainability, and territorial integration of tourism;
- Promote the upskilling and reskilling of workers in the sector.
- Support companies’ ability to face economic and environmental changes through tailored training and support tools;
- Align workers’ skills with emerging labor market needs, also in preparation for major events such as Milano Cortina 2026.
ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
- Employees of private companies operating in the tourism sector in Veneto;
- Business owners, business collaborators, freelancers, and self-employed professionals.
PROJECT CHARACTERISTICS
- Types: single-company or multi-company projects;
- Purpose: development of skills related to the green and digital economy.
- Eligible activities:
- In-person and remote classroom training
- Outdoor training
- Project work
- Individual or group consulting
- Coaching and mentoring
- Action research
FINANCIAL ALLOCATION
Total funding: €2,000,000.00
APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Applications must be submitted exclusively online via the Veneto Region’s Unified Information System (SIU);
- Applications are subject to stamp duty;
- Submission deadline: 1:00 PM on June 10, 2025.
