Call Details
The eligible types of intervention for funding include:
- Product and/or packaging re-engineering to enhance durability, reparability, or recovery options, including pilot plants.
- Process or product re-engineering aimed at replacing raw materials or additives used in the production cycle with waste, End-of-Waste materials (already authorized or pending authorization), or by-products, including pilot plants.
- Re-engineering of the production cycle and/or management changes to the production process and supply chain aimed at improving production efficiency through reduced resource consumption and production waste, including pilot plants.
- Re-engineering of the production cycle, also in collaboration with other production entities, to prevent waste generation through the creation of by-product supply chains.
Eligible Beneficiaries
Eligible beneficiaries are micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) applying individually.
Eligible Expenses
- New and used machinery, equipment, and plants
- Land
- Buildings related to the plant/intervention
- Construction and plant engineering works related to the intervention
- Software, patents, licenses, know-how, and non-patented technical knowledge
- Expenses for specialized consultancy and external services
- Guarantee-related expenses
- Overhead costs

- Aid scheme pursuant to and within the limits of EU Regulation “de minimis” No. 2023/2831
- Maximum intensity: 70%
- Maximum grant amount: €35,000 to €210,000
Project Duration
The project must be completed within 24 months from the publication of the Funding Decree in the Official Regional Bulletin (BUR).
Within 24 months of publication on the BUR of the Financing Decree.
