The session will analyze approaches and strategies to improve brand positioning, customer engagement, and pre/post-sale communication management, through practical examples and case studies. As with the previous webinars, an extensive interactive discussion will be included.
Speakers:
Beniamino Mirisola, PhD in Humanities, Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. His research focuses on corporate identity and business model innovations enabled by Industry 4.0 technologies. He has led several training programs and corporate workshops centered on the implementation of AI in manufacturing companies, either as an expert or business consultant.
Martina Martinelli, with a degree in Arts Management, is a researcher at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, where she explores the relationship between art and business, with a specific focus on the development and application of technological tools in business processes. Her professional background includes experience in contemporary art and business consulting.
