Beneficiaries and Requirements
Smart&Start Italia targets innovative startups registered in the dedicated section of the Companies Register, established no more than 60 months ago, and classified as small enterprises. The initiative also accepts applications from individuals intending to set up an innovative startup, with the obligation to formalize the company within 30 days of approval for the incentives. Additionally, the program is open to foreign companies willing to establish an operational headquarters in Italy.
